Evolved Office will create and send two monthly email blasts for you with your company branding. They are ready to send as is or you can opt out. Here’s how they roll out:
At the beginning of each month, a newsletter is sent that contains a thought leadership article, call-to-actions to register for that month’s DocuWare hosted webinar and your own events, a case study, and more.
Then, one day prior to DocuWare’s webinar, an invitation will be sent out.
Email opens and clicks, lead scoring and webinar registrations are automatically captured as part of this program.
Once a contact reaches 100 points based on their activity, you receive an email with a history of their actions. At any time, you can log into your own Evolved Office account and see who is engaging with your emails and with what type of content.
Contacts from your account that registered for or attended the webinar will be sent back to you. Review their interest rating, how long they were on the line and if they asked any questions.
