Evolved Office (EO) is pleased to announce the release of its latest marketing automation platform, which provides branded, industry-based content, broadcast capabilities, lead scoring, and real-time summaries of SEO, Google Ads, and social media campaigns to Business Solutions Providers (BSPs).
The new marketing automation platform features ready-to-go content specifically written for BSPs—including topics such as MPS, Managed IT, document management, telecom, and more—all branded with a dealer or reseller’s logo and individual contact information. This content can be used for responsive newsletters, one-off emails, video landing pages, and more. To edit existing content or create unique pieces, BSPs can take advantage of the platform’s intuitive drag-and-drop editor and asset manager, which contains hundreds of banners, OEM logos, hardware, software, logos, and more.
BSPs can take advantage of the platform’s integrations with CRMs, such as Salesforce, Compass, and AgentDealer, to securely upload their client lists to upsell their customer base and engage with prospects. The platform’s lead tracking system is point-based, whereby hot leads are identified based on engagement with a BSP’s content and positioned at the top of their analytics dashboard upon login. Corresponding reps are automatically notified once leads reach a certain point value, directly from EO’s marketing automation platform.
Also included in the analytics is a digital hub that connects clients with “real time” summaries of the SEO, Google Ad, and social media campaigns, allowing a dealer to better understand where their traffic is coming from and what each campaign is generating in ROI.
